Yes, but it depends on the state. Our providers are licensed to order labs in all the states where they hold licenses, including AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, MD, OR, and VT. Prescribing medications is only allowed in states that permit naturopathic doctors to do so, which currently include AZ, CA, DC, OR, and VT.

No, we do not accept insurance for visits as we are a cash-pay practice. However, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, though we cannot guarantee coverage.

If you have PPO insurance, we can order labs and imaging through your insurance, but coverage depends on your specific plan. It is your responsibility to confirm coverage with your insurance provider before these services are completed.

If you have an HMO plan, we work with labs that offer affordable cash-pay options, or we can provide a list of labs for you to discuss with your primary care provider (PCP) or gastroenterologist.

Yes, we accept credit cards associated with FSA/HSA accounts.

This one-hour consultation includes a thorough review of your medical history and any recent testing or lab results.  We take a deep dive into your health, addressing your concerns and identifying areas that may need further attention, including additional testing if needed. Together, we develop a personalized health plan tailored to your unique needs and healthcare preferences. Treatment options may include nutrition counseling, lifestyle changes, supplements, medications, herbs, and more. We work collaboratively to determine what treatments align best with your healthcare preferences and fit seamlessly into your life. Yes, we believe that collaborative care leads to the best outcomes. We are happy to coordinate with your healthcare team, including your primary care provider (PCP) and gastroenterologist. Additionally, we refer to other professionals such as doctors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other specialists as needed to ensure you receive the most comprehensive and effective care.

The duration of treatment depends on your specific condition, health goals, and individual needs. On average, we work with patients for 3 to 12 months to address their concerns. Many patients choose to continue working with us long-term, checking in annually or as new issues arise, to maintain their health and well-being.

All initial naturopathic consults must be secured with a valid credit card. For both initial and follow-up visits, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 2 business days' notice will result in a charge for the full price of the visit, except in cases of family or medical emergencies. No-shows will also be charged the full visit fee.

No, all visits are conducted via telemedicine through our secure patient portal.
